Entries may also be forwarded via an authorized Homelife representative,
or may be transmitted electronically from our Website, www.homelifebc.com, to the sponsor on the basis of one entry per contestant. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before November 29, 2002, the contest closing date. All entries become the property of HomeLife Realty who asssumes no responsibility for entries which are lost, misdirected or delayed. No purchase is necessary.
2. PRIZE: There will be one grand prize awarded of $10,000 (Canadian) in cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded.
3. DRAW: From time to time during the contest, entries will be selected at random by the Independent contest organization from all eligible entries received. A final random draw will take place on December 9, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint John, N.B., from all randomly preselected entries. In order to win, the selected entrant will be required to first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, skill-testing question posed during a pre-arranged telephone interview. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the Independent contest organization, which are final. Prior to receiving their prize, the winner will be required to sign forms of release permitting the sponsor to use their name, address and photograph for publicity purposes without further compensation. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and to be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who has reached the age of majority and who is not an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee of HomeLife Realty Services, Inc., its members brokers, advertising and promotional agencies, any other registered real estate sales person or the independent contest organization. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
